Our main focus is our standard showcase cakes. The representative aspects of our work are the handmade cake layers and the homemade boiled creams. This is what sets us apart. At the same time, we create with modern vision, using Belgian chocolate and mirror glazes. We work with incredibly high-quality products, which do not contain preservatives or semi-finished products – and that is something we never compromise with. Part of our standard cakes are classics such as Garash, Pavlova, French Village Cake, various types of Cheesecakes. We have a Vegan Cake – a vegan cake, without any sugar or gluten. We also have another cake without sugar. 

We are always making an effort to follow the latest trends in confectionery, but at the same time – we follow strictly our personal guidelines. We also produce handmade colourful cake layers. What is characteristic about them is that every colour is achieved through the use of natural aromas and dyes, more specifically:
Green Layer – saffron and blue spirulina
Purple Layer – black carrot and blue spirulina
Red Layer – black carrot

In short: homemade taste and modern vision.

Other than our standard showcase cakes, we also produce cakes on demand for special occasions, for children's birthdays, wedding cakes. We create both custom cakes, based on our catalog, and cakes according to the unique vision and wishes of our clients. The fillings we use in these types of orders are also used in our standard cakes. The custom cakes we create are more an accent of what we do.

An interesting fact about part of the ingredients which we use in our cakes is that by purchasing them, we support a charity program – Cacao-Trace. It aims to improve the life and work of cocoa producers and their families, as well as to reduce their poverty levels. At this moment this program is active in Vietnam and Côte d'Ivoire, and there are plans to widen its reach in the future so as to include other countries in Southeast Asia, West Africa and South America. For each kilogram of chocolate we buy, Cacao-Trace pays a “Chocolate Bonus” of 0.10 cents back to the producers. This simple payment scheme is unique, because 100% of said chocolate bonus reaches the farmers through the Next Generation foundation. This creates mutually beneficial relationships throughout the whole chain of demand – from the farmers who cultivate cocoa beans to the producers and distributors of chocolate, thanks to chocolate lovers from all over the world.

And Cake Collection purchases major amounts of chocolate. :)

In 2025 we also launched a new line of cakes, biscuits and crackers. Part of those are again colourful, with colours achieved using the same ingredients as the above-mentioned ones for the cake layers. We have several new types of cakes and cookies, as well as two types of crackers – one of which is wholewheat and without gluten. In the future we are going to widen this line as well by adding new products to it.
